As I got to 30 minutes into it, I thought I'll hate this movie. The
beginning and the middle are cliché but the ending is a surprising
twist even though a lot of the stuff is "borrowed". If you are a fan of
sci-fi you will recognize certain ideas and scenes from older hit
movies-series, but I guess it was all intentional with a goal to bring
these to younger audiences. About the ending, I must say I didn't see
that coming and at first it made me angry but then I recognized a
character at the end and it all got clear. It had the perfect ending
that made this movie unique. As I look back I realize the movie makers
actually had the intention of mixing up a classic teenage horror with
the classic sci-fi - conspiracy theory genre. I do recommend this film
if you are into the genres I mentioned earlier.
