Storyline
Two punks live in Salt Lake City. The film covers their all-day routine. The realism of the character-narrated movie may be discussed. One of the punks gets ill, stays in hospital for three weeks, comes out again. Three parties are covered and one concert including a fight between punks, rednecks and others.

Trivia:
When the boy flips off the camera in the mall and says "Anarchy in the UK!" the voice is actually the director James Merendino dubbing it over, because he felt that the boy didn't say it right.

Goofs:
Anachronisms: After Stevo yells at the kid with the Union Jack patch, the kid is walking away in the background and his jacket has the Operation Ivy logo on it, a band that was formed in 1987, even though the movie takes place in 1985.

Quotes:
Stevo: There's nothing going on. That's what I saw when I looked out over the city: nothing. How the Mormon settlers looked upon this valley and felt that it was the promised land is beyond me. I don't know, maybe it looked different back then.

I saw this movie for the first time tonight and I must admit, I wasn't expecting much but it left me almost crying in the end, and recommending it to all of my family and friends. I don't claim to know what the 80s punk scene was like, especially in Utah, but regardless of whether punk life was portrayed correctly or not in this movie (I think most of you who bitch about that aspect wouldn't know anyway), it was written extremely well and the acting was just incredible.
